Summary:
$25-$27/hrEarn PTO starting immediatelyRepair and perform preventative maintenance on machinery/mechanical equipment in a manufacturing environmentApplicant must have the ability to interpret drawings necessary for the installation of machinery and equipmentWill safely and efficiently use the proper tools, instruments and gauges required to install, maintain and trouble-shoot mechanical equipmentResponsible for observing and following all safety regulations with required PPE.
This position reports to the Maintenance and Operations Leader.
Essential Functions include but are not limited to:
Provide maintenance support to plant operationsMaintain and repair all mechanical and electrical equipmentPerform rigging activities, safety-related functions and other miscellaneous maintenance functionsFabricate parts needed from cold rolled steel, stainless steel, steel plate, structural steel members, other metals, plastics, fittings, valves and all types of mechanical partsSafely utilize a forklift and high liftPerform installation and maintenance work as part of a team to minimize downtimeUtilize and update Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) on a daily basisDevelop Standard Operating ProceduresCompetencies:
Ability to calculate, layout and draw; balance and align equipmentAbility to use shop tools (both hand and power) in a safe and proficient mannerCompetent in the use of oxyacetylene torch work and weldingLaser alignment and vibration analysis monitoring knowledge is requiredMust be physically capable of performing heavy mechanical workKnowledge of predictive/preventive maintenancePipefitting abilitySelf-starter who can take direction and work in a team environmentPossess a strong desire to be a part of a high-growth company with an entrepreneurial spirit and a fast-paced, results-orientated culture
Qualifications:
Two years' experience working in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
High School Diploma or GEDAbility to follow written and verbal instruction as well as communicate with written and verbal instructionExperience with mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics and welding certification requiredEquipment balancing, and electrical knowledge preferredPossess or be able to obtain a Boiler LicenseExperience with Lock Out Tag Out, Respirators, Hot work, Confined spacePLC knowledge a plusPhysical Demand:
Standing for long periods Occasional lifting of up to 50 to 55 poundsTypical industrial maintenance activities involving lifting/pushing/pullingClimbing ladders, working at heights, and working in a safety harnessAble to work while wearing a respirator or SCBAWorking Conditions:
Exposure to dust, cold, hot temperatures at timesExposure to odors and will work with hazardous chemicalsMust be available to work shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed Recommended Skills Assembling Machinery Hydraulics Preventive Maintenance Installations (Manual/Mechanical) Test Equipment Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
