Silver Cross Health and Rehab has an immediate opening for a Unit Manager.
We are looking for an energetic, natural leader with superior nursing skills and the ability to provide caregivers support and oversight to ensure the highest quality of care for our residents.
We are looking for someone to provide nursing care to the residents as prescribed by the physician, and in accordance with established facility protocol, local, state and federal regulations; And to lead and/or direct licensed, certified and non-professional staff in the delivery of direct resident care.

Must be a Registered Nurse (R.

) currently licensed and in good standing with the MS Board of Nursing.
Experience in Long Term Care is preferred.
Recommended Skills Certified Nurse Practitioner Long Term Care Nursing Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
