Playing a key role alongside the Restaurant Manager in the seamless daily grind of our restaurant.
Lead staff training, and schedules with precision.
Keeping a vigilant eye on inventory levels, and replenishing supplies as the need arises.
Upholding health and safety regulations without compromise.
Delivering top-tier customer service, swiftly and adeptly addressing any grievances.
Who We're Looking For:
Someone with at least 2 years in the trenches of a similar role, showcasing proven mettle.
A born leader, equipped with the charisma and drive to inspire teams.
A maestro of communication and interpersonal relations.
A whiz with restaurant management software.
Openness to adapt to flexible working hours, including the hustle of nights and weekends.
