The Dispatcher coordinates logistics with our installers, optimizes technician productivity, verifies customer orders and changes, and manages inventory / parts for upcoming jobs. He / She acts as a facilitator to ensure the products and services we deliver are performed in an efficient manner at all times. The ideal candidate for this position is a high school graduate (GED) with relevant Dispatcher / scheduling experience, solid math skills, strong communication skills, confident phone and computer skills, and with a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities: -- Coordinate the schedules of installers with customer orders
-- Schedule daily and future work for installers
-- Monitor parts orders to best utilize existing inventory
-- Verify work orders prior to ordering parts of scheduling jobs
-- Ensure clear communication chain between our team and the customers
-- Stay in-front of the schedule to ensure the company's team & resources are being maximized and used efficiently
-- Establish an attitude of encouragement and support for the installing team and remain positive at all times
-- Perform other duties as required. These duties may include assignments in job classifications and departments other than the primary assignmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
